A 4-armed and 4-legged son has been born in a normal delivery at Birganj Clinic on Khansama Road in Birganj Municipality of Dinajpur.

Parshbati Kaharol Mukundapur Union Rampur village day laborer said. Runa Laila, wife of Golam Rabbani, gave birth to a baby boy with 4 arms and 4 legs at Birganj Clinic on Friday, June 4 at 5 am. After the birth of the baby, curious people gather there to see the baby at a glance.

Director of Birganj Clinic Belal Hossain said that when the baby was born on Friday morning, June 4, he was initially taken to pediatrician Dr Monindra Nath Roy for treatment and he advised to take the baby to Rangpur Medical College Hospital for better treatment. The baby and his mother Runa Laila were healthy by the time they left around 10am. However, the doctors said that the child urgently needs better treatment.

When the poor helpless father Golam Rabbani was contacted on his mobile phone on Friday afternoon, he said, “I am a poor man, I work and eat in people’s houses, how can I treat my son, I have no money, you are at home, you can go to Rangpur even if you don’t have enough money” No. She added that this is their second child. The first child is a girl, who is 6 years old.

In this regard, the father of the day laborer Golam Rabbani, Hon’ble Prime Minister and Member of Parliament for the local Dinajpur-1 (Birganj-Kaharol) constituency Manoranjan Sheel Gopal and the locals have sought financial assistance for better treatment for the child.
