He took charge of the new UNO of Sitakunda Upazila

Md. Shahadat Hossain has taken charge as the Executive Officer (UNO) in Sitakunda Upazila of Chittagong. He replaces the outgoing UNO Milton Roy. The outgoing UNO Milton Roy handed over the charge to the new UNO Md Shahadat Hossain in the presence of Sitakunda Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rashedul Islam on Wednesday morning. The outgoing UNO Milton Roy and Sitakunda Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rashedul Islam welcomed the new UNO Md Shahadat Hossain with flowers. Earlier, Md. Shahadat Hossain was also working in the ministry as a woman and child affairs officer. He is a resident of Laxmipur district. The new UNO Md. Shahadat Hossain said that he would work to eradicate traffic congestion, drugs, terrorism, child marriage and other criminal activities from Sitakunda Upazila. Besides, the new UNO of Sitakunda Upazila Md. Shahadat Hossain has sought the cooperation of all to work on various developmental works and education of the government. Various journalists including Soumitra Chakraborty, President of Sitakunda Press Club were present at the occasion.
