Mominur Rashid joined as the new deputy commissioner

Md. Mominur Rashid has joined as the new Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate of Sherpur. On Monday afternoon, June 21, the outgoing Deputy Commissioner Anar Kali Mahbub greeted the new Deputy Commissioner and handed over the responsibility to him. Superintendent of Police Hasan Nahid Chowdhury was present at the time. Later, a reception was organized for the new Deputy Commissioner Md. Mominur Rashid at the conference room Rajnigandha of the district administration. The outgoing Deputy Commissioner Anar Kali Mahbub spoke as the chief guest. He wished success to the new Deputy Commissioner. The newly appointed Deputy Commissioner Mominur Rashid sought the cooperation of all in discharging his duties. Also present on the occasion were Superintendent of Police Hasan Nahid Chowdhury, Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary) of Local Government Department ATM Ziaul Islam, Chief Executive Officer (Deputy Secretary) of the District Council Syed AZ Morshed Ali, Additional District Magistrate Tofail Ahmed, Additional Deputy Commissioner ( Overall) Muktadirul Ahmed, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Farida Yasmin, Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohammad Firoz Al Mamun, Jhenaigati’s outgoing Upazila Nirbahi Officer Rubel Mahmud, New Upazila Nirbahi Officer Faruk Al Masud, NDC Mizanur Rahman and other officials of the district administration.
