Press conference in protest of construction of Bir Bikram Stadium Gallery

Oli Ahmad held a press conference at Chittagong Press Club on Friday, July 30 at 10.30 am in protest of the construction of a gallery at the Bir Bikram Stadium by forcibly occupying the waqf site of the Ahmad Rahman Mosque at Lohagara Police Station in Chittagong district.

I would like to inform that one of the ideal names for corruption, land grabbing and forcible occupation is the Waqf Estate of Ahmad Rahman. The Ahmad Rahman Waqf Estate has been turned into privately owned government property with looting of government money. In the end, the administration was told not to build the gallery of Oli Ahmed Bir Bikram Stadium by rescuing all the places of Ahmed Rahman’s Waqf Estate.
