Human chain and protest meeting against the construction of the hospital on the initiative of Bangladesh Press Club

A human chain was organized against the construction of the hospital on August 3 at 4 pm on the initiative of Bangladesh Press Club. The people of Chittagong have been stopped by some mischievous officials of the Chittagong branch of Bangladesh Railway for pursuing their personal interests. Many organizations, regardless of party affiliation, have come together to protest. The chief guest was the Honorable Chairman of Chittagong District of the Bir Muktijoddha Welfare Trust. Mahfzur Rahman. The keynote speaker was Syed Mohammad Hasan Maruf Rumi, Central Vice-President of the Central Executive Committee of the Political Council of Gana Sanghati Andolan and Convener of the Chittagong District. Journalist Shahidul Islam Chowdhury Duldul, convener of the divisional committee of Bangladesh Press Club, presided over the meeting.

Leaders and notable personalities of Muktijoddha Cultural Social Organization with prominent presidents and editors. In the second phase, tree planting and lighting leaders strongly condemned the assassination of Bangabandhu on 15 August 1975 in his own family and this month ended the program by praying for the forgiveness of the souls of Bangabandhu and his family.
