Meeting of Green Bangladesh Organization was held

He organized a meeting at the union level to continue the activities of the organization organized by a voluntary, environment and agricultural development based “Green Bangladesh” with the theme “Let’s work with forestry to save from green house reaction”.

The meeting was held on Friday (June 11) at 4 pm at Char Clark Union Parishad No. 3 of Subarnachar Upazila.

“Green Bangladesh” organization was organized by Md. Farhad Raza, Organizing Secretary of Subarnachar Upazila Committee. Md. Zakar Ahmed, new member of Charklark Union presided over the function. Siraj Ibn Mostafa, director of Prabasi Foundation, Abdul Haq, organizing secretary of the central committee, Abdullah Al-Noman, central agriculture secretary, and Mahib Ullah Mahib, senior teacher of Charbata Mahila Model Dakhil Madrasa.

Also present were Green Bangladesh Organization Subarnachar Upazila President Md. Didarul Alam Khasru, Senior Vice President Md. Abu Sufian, General Secretary Ibrahim Khalil Shimul, Executive Member Md. Redwan Honen, and Mohammadpur Union President Md. Shamsuddin Hasan, Salauddin, Faisal, Didar, Abdur Rahman, Shahed, Sharif and many more.

Advocate Abul Basar Dipti, Chairman, Charklark Union, said, “I will provide maximum assistance for tree planting by providing thousands of saplings in Charklark Union for green afforestation inspired by the four programs of the organization.” He advised all the members of the organization to be active and said that he would help them by coordinating through the forest department. He also said that he would provide sewing machines to at least 10 women for youth employment.

During the meeting, Mohammadpur Union President Mohammad Samsuddin said he would provide saplings of 5,000 trees. And at the end of the program planted and distributed four hundred saplings on behalf of the organization. And the authorities said that such activities will continue at all times.
